Infy Bloggers Meet for Bangalore DC was arranged on 30th Nov, 2007 at Plaintain Leaf (FC1) near Cafe Coffee Day. It was scheduled at 11.00 AM. Nearly around 30 bloggers gathered at place although some came late.

RajeshB alias ‘RB’ and patrickJ alias ‘Archiver’ were the first to arrive. These two were then joined by me, veetrag, geo and shailen. Soon after, madhan, malvika and jyothi joined the crew.

One more group, sounak, sunitha, Ruchi, Yogita and few others were already searching for us. Rest all joined soon.

As usual, Meet started with self introduction of all bloggers explaining their hobbies, interests, about posts they write.. etc etc

Patrick, Jyoth, Madhan, Malvika, Yogita, Ruchi…
Patrick is better known as ‘Archiver’. He is one of the most senior employee who blogs. He blogs about 90′s Infy stories. He reveals many things about earlier Infy.

Yogita( third from left ) explaining about her marriage controversy. “Yogita’s marriage with champak lal alias champu” is one of the hot discussion topic on InfyBLOGS. She made it clear she is not marrying champu. hehe..

Then we moved to CCD. Chit-chats going on..

Rinil was also present. But unfortunately he was not captured on any of photos. Sree sponsered the drinks. Thanks sree…
We had a very nice time. I had not met many before except for RB, Veetrag, Geo and Patrick.

Waiting for next bloggers meet… that will be 2nd anniversary of InfyBLOGS in the month of April.

Since then InfyBLOGS has become a very popular platform among Infoscions. Being a closed blogosphere, response and comments to a post is very high in InfyBLOGS. It in turn encourages a blogger to write more and more. Some bloggers post such a good articles, its a pleasure to read them.InfyBLOGS uses Livejournal as its behind technology. The Friends page feature of Livejournal has made bloggers to read and comment their friends posts very easy. Friends page lets you read all your friends latest posts (aggregated) on one page which , i think, is a easiest way to keep track of your friends’ posts. Probably, this is the most prominent reason for popularity of InfyBLOGS.

It has been a very great friend to me. I have made a lot of friends in Infy because of blogging. It has given me friends ranging from senior most employees who’s employee no around 1000 or 2000 to new joinees who’s employee no is above 85000. We discuss each and every topic. We write on almost every topics be it a current affairs or sports or movie reviews or tech articles or anything. It has become a very good knowledge sharing platform for us. I got to know about many things in which I was totally unaware.

And today we had Infy Bloggers Meet for Bangalore DC at FC1 ( Cafe Coffee Day) .As it was my first bloggers meet, I got occasion to meet many bloggers whom I never met before personally. I will be posting photos soon… Keep watching!

We had an exam on 2nd day itself to shortlist candidates for fasttrack batch and I was fortunate enough to clear that..
Training days were fun… One of best days of my life…

1.5 months of training and rest of months at SETLabs, Bangalore. It has been a great experience working in SETLabs especially for a fresher like me. I got an opportunity to learn a lot of new technologies…

Time went really fast… Its been a year now…

Today I completed one year at Infy!!!!!!!

Congrats to all the batch mates of FT/LC OCT 23rd batch.
